What we collect
When you call, email or message us (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), we get your name, contact details and your message. For bookings and orders also the dates, number of people and your wishes.
Why
To answer your questions and handle stays, event room bookings and cake orders. The legal basis is the contract or preparing it, and Finnish accounting law.
How long
Messages and booking details are deleted when no longer needed. Accounting records are kept for the time the law requires.
Website visitors
This website uses no cookies and does not track visitors. Its servers (Vercel and Cloudflare) briefly keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. The map on the pages comes from Huts.fi and sets no cookies.
Sharing
We never sell or pass on your details. Messages travel through the email and messaging services you use.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details using the contact details above. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
